Products and prices
KOVA NAILS sells nail products, manicure tools, salon supplies and related services.
All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT where applicable. Product prices, availability and delivery options are shown in the online store before checkout.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing correct contact, delivery and payment information.
Payments are processed securely by SumUp or another payment provider shown at checkout. KOVA NAILS does not store full card details.
Delivery and pickup
Pickup is available free of charge at Kungsholmsgatan 34, 11227 Stockholm. Pickup instructions are provided after the order is ready.
Shipping is available within Sweden and selected European Union countries.
Shipping within Sweden costs 59 SEK. Shipping within Sweden is free for orders of 1,000 SEK or more.
Shipping to selected European Union countries costs 159 SEK. EU shipping is free for orders of 2,500 SEK or more.

Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, or from the day you collect them.
To use your right of withdrawal, contact us at kovanails@icloud.com within 14 days. Include your order number and the item or items you want to return.
You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging where possible. If an item has been handled more than necessary, we may deduct an amount for reduced value.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return after the seal has been broken cannot be returned once opened. This includes, where applicable, liquids, polishes, gels, creams, disinfectants and similar products.
For returns by post, the return shipping fee is 99 SEK. If you use our arranged postal return, 99 SEK will be deducted from the refund amount.
You may return the item in person to our studio at Kungsholmsgatan 34, 11227 Stockholm free of charge, but only by a pre-booked return appointment agreed with us in advance.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact us as soon as possible at kovanails@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered, you will not be charged a return shipping fee.
Your statutory rights under Swedish consumer law apply.
Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact Allmanna reklamationsnamnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.
